Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We celebrated this fun holiday by eating rainbow pancakes for breakfast and it was so yummy and fun to make. Maggie loved picking out which color pancake she wanted to eat and of course, the whip cream and sprinkles helped brighten her day!
For St. Patrick’s Day we are doing a festive book for our book club called “Ten Lucky Leprechauns” by Kathryn Heling. This is such a fun book to read to your kiddos.
So to go along with this fun book, we made rainbow pancakes. I used Bisquick to make the pancakes but once the mix was ready to go I put a few tablespoons in seperate bowls and used food coloring to make the different colored pancakes.
We also added whip cream and colorful sprinkles which made it extra yummy.
