I love getting together with other moms. We have so much in common and it’s just a safe place to talk, get opinions, laugh, and share stories about our children. If you aren’t involved in some kind of mom group, you should be! It’s great for you and the kids!
I was trying to find ideas for a mom group meetup and I decided, what better place than my own house and what all of us mommies love- COFFEE!
The kids love to play outside, so I set up my coffee bar by the pool. I set up our Ninja Coffee Bar on the table. Have you heard of the Ninja Coffee Bar? They are only…you know…the coolest things ever! You can make a cup of coffee, or a travel cup, a half carafe, a full carafe and it even makes ice coffee!!
It’s pretty much like having a coffee shop at your house.
If you are making a full carafe of coffee and you don’t want to wait for it to fill up, there is a “no drip feature” where you can pause it, fill your cup, and then start the coffee again. That’s super nice!
There is also a built in measuring scoop to measure your coffee when you put it into the Ninja Coffee Bar. It tells you how many scoops you need for how much coffee you are making. For my non-mathematical brain- this is amazing!
There are five main brewing options: classic (kind of a more basic cup of coffee), rich (this would be a stronger cup for your more tired days), specialty brew, cafe forte, and an over ice option (for your ice coffee).
I also kept to the coffee theme with tea cups with coffee beans and candles. They came out so cute. As long as it isn’t windy out, it will still work outside too.
I also put coffee beans in my little bird house with another candle. I really liked themed parties…and coffee…can you tell?
So that’s how we did our coffee bar! I also added strawberries and you can add cheerios or other snacks for the kids if you would like. It’s always better to have snacks- kids get hungry, am I right?!
Disclaimer: I want to say a huge thank you to SharkNinja for providing us with a Ninja Coffee Bar in exchange for my review. As always, my opinions are my own!
