When I was a teenager I was all, “I will never have a mini-van!” What did I know? A husband and two kids later I am in LOVE with my mini-van. I love the mini-van club, ya’ll! There is so much space. The problem for me is that I am terrible about keeping track of maintenance. I needed some help so that my beloved van doesn’t fall apart.
So, I decided to keep a “Car Service” checklist in my glove box at all times so I could keep track of when I needed to do specific maintenance tasks like getting an oil change, changing the cabin air filter, changing fluids, and all that fun stuff! This is what I came up with….
All you have to do is print out this free car service checklist by clicking here. Then write in the dates that you check, change, and/or service your car. I keep mine right in the glove box!
There are so many things to keep in mind when you are keeping up with your vehicle. All of the things on this checklist are important. We just went out and got the FRAM Fresh Breeze® cabin air filter and changed that in the mini-van. It’s pollen season here in southwest Florida so we want to make sure we are breathing in good air while driving. Did you know that the air inside your vehicle can be up to six times dirtier than the air outside? How crazy is that? So, it was time to change the cabin air filter! It was super easy to find and easier to install than I thought too.
The instructions really helped us out. It had pictures to show us exactly where in our vehicle we were putting the FRAM Fresh Breeze® cabin air filter, how to take the old cabin filter out and how to put our new one in. They also have installation guides in their part lookup. There are videos and written instructions. Make sure to follow recommended change intervals as noted in your vehicle owner’s manual.
And whalaaa! One thing on the checklist done! I just put the checklist in the glove box and take it out again when we are doing the next car service. Simple and it keeps us safe!
